Rollover approached IDC to address the reliability and function of their countertop heated food dispenser, whilst also updating the aesthetic design and user experience of the product.
The resulting design features a patented carriage stack system, maximising storage capacity and reducing user interaction time, whilst an update to the aesthetic design modernises the product and integrates an LCD screen for POS customisation.
Considerations were given to touch points for every user that interacts with the product including vendors, servicing teams and consumers. The design features a sheet metal structure that is ideal for mass production and assembly, whilst brining a contemporary look and feel to the product.
